Who do we work with?

For any marketer, the customer is always the top priority – and the same is true for us. When we work with a client, we dedicate ourselves to giving them all the attention and support they need, offering value every step of the way.

We are dedicated to the success of elevator and lift companies of all shapes and sizes. Since 2017, we have had the benefit of working with large nationwide companies as well as smaller, regional operations – adapting our approach to the scenarios and opportunities faced by each business.

Typical client profiles.

We are often enlisted to work with traditional family businesses where the owners are looking to prepare for retirement and sell the company. With our support and step-by-step guidance, the leadership team can create the brand infrastructure and operational setup required to maximise the business value and sell it at its pinnacle.

In other situations, we work directly with investors – private equity investment groups or private investors – to develop the brand profile and marketing strategy of an acquired business. We can then develop an approach that will support the targets and ambitions of the new leadership.

Global elevator equipment supplier

After a private equity group acquired a number of non-proprietary elevator suppliers across North America, we were brought on board to introduce a brand profile to serve as the overarching umbrella identity for the group. Working closely with the extended sales team, we established a suite of communications initiatives, developed a new web presence, and supported regional and national sales initiatives with high-quality promotional events and assets.
Just over two years later, when the group eventually sold to another investment group, its value had been uplifted by $1B – much of which was attributed to the significant strength of the powerhouse brand which had been created as its foundation.

Example projects.

US-based elevator service group

In 2020, we were invited to collaborate with a private equity firm as they started a series of investments in elevator contractors across the United States. Within six months, we had developed a new brand identity for the group and were heavily involved in developing the operational aspects of several business functions such as supply chain, sales leadership, digital marketing, and facilities development. Three years later, the group has acquired a total of 18 companies extending across 21 states and is established as the largest independent elevator service company in North America – and the fifth largest overall.
The brand is well-known and well-reputed, and is currently valued at an uplift of close to $1B.

UK-based independent equipment supplier

We recently initiated a project working with a British, family-owned operation specialising in the manufacture, import and packaging of lift solutions. This collaboration has allowed us to develop the existing brand to a stronger visual profile – perfectly sensitive to the legacy of the company and its people, while also providing hands-on guidance in terms of business development and go-to-market strategy.
The project encompasses a complete suite of tangible marketing elements such as internal and external communications, web strategy, digital marketing, events, and PR.
